MY Goal as a team leader is to help my staff, customers, service providers and most importantly, my family GROW both personally, professionally and spiritually.  I want them to be a part of something that is bigger than just a real estate company.  I want them to feel like they are making a difference.  I will help them to achieve their goals and through their achievements, I will reach my own.  God, Family, Business.
